From the NORTH (via 35 E): go south on 35 E, take the County Road E exit, at the top of the ramp turn left (east) onto County Road E, drive 1.8 miles and the clinic is located on your left on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E. 

From the NORTH (via Highway 61): go south on Highway 61, turn left (east) onto County Road E, drive 0.7 miles and the clinic is located on your left on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E. 

From the SOUTH (via 35 E): go north on Highway 35 E, take the County Road E exit, turn right (east) at the top of the ramp onto County Road E, drive 1.8 miles and the clinic is located on your left on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E.

From the SOUTH (via Highway 61): go north on Highway 61, turn right (east) onto County Road E, drive 0.7 miles and the clinic is located on your left on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E.

From the SOUTH (via White Bear Avenue):
go north on White Bear Avenue, turn left (west) onto County Road E, drive 0.2 miles and the clinic is located on your right on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E. 

From the SOUTH (via Highway 120 / Century Avenue): go north on Highway 120 / Century Avenue, turn left (west) onto County Road E, drive 1.7 miles and the clinic is located on your right on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E. 

From the EAST: go west on Highway 244 / County Road E, the clinic is 1.7 miles west of Century Avenue / Highway 120 and is located on your right on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E. 

From the WEST: go east on County Road E, crossing over Highway 35 E, drive 1.8 miles east of  Highway
35 E and the clinic is located on your left on the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and County Road E.
