Otter Lake Animal Care Center is located at 6848 Otter Lake Road in Hugo, Minnesota. We are 2.3 miles north of County Road J and 0.7 miles south of County Road 14. For a map, click here. The hospital has been under the ownership of Dr. Wayne Scanlan since 1987 and currently staffs four veterinarians, all of which are graduates of the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine. We offer medical and surgical services and boarding for dogs and cats and limited services for birds, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, and rodents. Our experienced groomer is currently accepting appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9 am, noon, and 2 pm and every other Saturday at 9 am and noon. In addition to our hospital in Hugo, we have a second facility, White Bear Animal Hospital, which serves the White Bear Lake area. Both facilities sell and recommend Sensible Choice brand pet foods.
