Laura graduated and received her Veterinary Technician Certification from the Medical Institute of Minnesota in 1992. She completed her internship at Arden Shoreview Animal Hospital and came to work at the White Bear Animal Hospital in 1993.  She took a seven year leave of absence to stay at home with her son who was born in 1999 and returned to White Bear Animal Hospital in 2006.

Laura became a Veterinary Technician simply because she loves animals. Laura has always had a cat and/or dog in her life. Right now she has an English Springer Spaniel named Moe and a Poodle named Spike. Laura loves getting to know the clients as well as their pets and loves seeing the different breeds that come in and learning all their personalities and differences.

When Laura is not working she likes to spend time with her husband Matt and son Anthony (now 11 years old) boating, fishing, and camping. Laura loves to scrapbook, so if you have pictures of you and/or your animals, she has been creating scrapbooks for the White Bear Animal Hospital for the clients to enjoy.
